Swedish law, with your consumer rights kept in full.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Value Charts Team app, the Value Charts web app, and related services (the “Service”), provided by Value Flow Sweden AB, a Swedish company (org. no. 559064-9116).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
The Free plan has no time limit and needs no payment details. It comes with the flow limit and starter AI credits shown in the app. We may change what the Free plan includes, and will give notice before reducing it.
Purchases on our website are processed by Stripe. By buying, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the price shown, including applicable taxes.
Prices can differ by country and include or exclude tax as shown by our website. We may change prices for future periods; for a subscription, we will give you notice before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does. Current prices are on our pricing page.
A plan bought on one platform (for example, the website) is managed on that platform. Your entitlements follow your account across web, Android and iOS.
Website purchases give you access to digital content immediately. By buying, you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts. We will still refund double charges, charges after cancellation, unauthorised purchases, and purchases we could not deliver.
If a purchase is refunded or revoked, the related access and any unused credits are removed. Your diagrams are not deleted; Free-plan limits apply again. The full rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
You keep all rights to the flows, diagrams, files and messages you create or upload (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, display and process Your Content only to provide, secure and support the Service — for example, saving it, syncing it across your devices, showing it to people you share it with, creating thumbnails and exports, and sending it to an AI provider when you ask.
This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in short-lived backups and content you have already shared with others.
When you share a flow by link, anyone who has the link can view it without signing in. You decide who gets the link.
You confirm that you have the rights needed for anything you upload, and that Your Content does not break the law or anyone else’s rights. Please keep your own copies of important work — you can export diagrams at any time.
You agree not to:
The Service, the app, our templates, shape libraries, designs and the Value Charts and Value Flow Soft names and logos belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these Terms. Parts of the Service use open-source software under its own licence terms.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
To report content that you believe infringes your copyright, email contact@valueflowsoft.com with the subject “Copyright notice”, describing the work, where it appears, and your contact details.
The Service relies on third parties such as app stores, payment processors, sign-in providers and AI providers (listed in our Privacy Policy). Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance or security.
We improve the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features. We will not remove a core feature you have paid for without notice, and if a change significantly reduces what you bought, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
We may suspend or close an account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if required by law, or to prevent fraud or harm to others. Unless the situation is urgent or we are legally prevented, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it and export your content.
Sections that by their nature should survive — such as content licences already granted, disclaimers, liability and governing law — continue after your account ends.
Apart from the commitments in these Terms and the rights you have under consumer law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give additional guarantees that the Service will meet every need or that diagrams or AI output are accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data you could have avoided by keeping your own copies.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and (b) EUR 100.
These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
Please contact us first at contact@valueflowsoft.com — most issues are resolved quickly. Consumers in Sweden can also refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. Otherwise, disputes are settled by the Swedish courts.
We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account before the changes take effect. The version that applies is the one shown here with its date.
