Delete Your Account & Data

1. Open Value Charts Team on the web and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm it is you: enter your password, or — if you signed up with Google, Apple, Facebook or LinkedIn — type DELETE.

Deleting from any device deletes your account everywhere — web, Android and iOS.

• You own a team with other members. Remove the other members or delete the team first. A team where you are the only member is removed automatically.
• You have an administrator account. For security, admin accounts cannot delete themselves. Email us and we will do it.

• Your profile, sign-in methods, password and settings
• Your personal workspace: flows, versions, shapes, projects and templates
• Chat messages, uploaded files and notifications
• AI conversations, consent and AI-credit balances
• Signed-in devices, biometric sign-in keys and push tokens
• Your saved cards and customer record at Stripe; any website subscription is cancelled

• Purchase records — kept for Swedish bookkeeping law (currently up to seven years), with the link to your account removed.
• Flows you created in someone else’s team — they belong to that team’s workspace and stay there, without your name.
• Server logs — technical request logs, including IP addresses, that we keep for security and troubleshooting.

To clear what Value Charts AI has stored but keep your account, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete AI Data. This removes your AI conversations, requests and AI consent. Your account, diagrams, subscription and credit balance are not affected. You can download your AI data first from the same screen.

1. Email contact@valueflowsoft.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Say whether you want your whole account deleted, specific data deleted, or both.

We confirm receipt within 7 days, may ask you to verify your identity, and complete the request within 30 days. If a request is complex we may need up to 60 more days, and will tell you why within the first 30. You can also write to our privacy contact at privacy@valueflowsoft.com.

Removing the connection on the provider’s side stops it signing you in. It does not delete your Value Charts account — use the steps above for that.

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Value Charts → Remove.
• Apple: Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Value Charts, then stop using it.
• Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → Value Charts, then remove the connection.
